To make this fun and safe environment, please follow all the rules of this establishment.

 

1. No offensive language or gestures are accepted.

2. All customers are expected to dress in an appropriate manner.

3. Adults accompanying children may enter as a spectator at no charge. All others must pay an admission fee to enter.

4. No coming “in and out” of the building. If you leave, you leave and will be required to pay an admission fee to re-enter.

5. No pushing, shoving, racing, chasing, or playing tag on the skate floor or in the building.

6. No gum allowed in the building.

7. No outside food and drinks are allowed unless pre-approved.

8. All food and drinks must stay in the concession area.

9. Do not pick up and/or carry anyone while you are wearing skates.

10. You must wear skates on the skate floor, unless you have permission from the Rink Manager.

11. No skates may be worn into, or out of the building.

12. No alcoholic beverages, drugs or anyone under the influence will be allowed in the building.

13. Managers reserve the right to refuse entrance to anyone for any reason.

14. All persons must follow all posted and verbal rules and instructions.

15. Parents will be held responsible for the actions of their children.

16. All persons entering the building assume all risks regarding accidents and injury. SKATE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

17. Not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

Management and staff have the right to refuse admission. Persons not following the rules and/or refusing to make correction to their behavior will be asked to leave and not return for a period of time. We want to make this a fun and safe environment for all skaters. These rules are enforced for everyone’s safety and to help all of our guests enjoy their time at Up N Rollin Skate Center.
